Watch for our future packing session dates!

FMSC is a Chrisitan nonprofit that provides meals to starving children all over the world and most of those meals are packed by volunteers. You can read more about FMSC and its mission here:  https://www.fmsc.org/

Anyone ages five and over are permitted to volunteer at the packing event. Please feel free to invite family members, neighbors, friends, and colleagues to pack with us!

FMSC relies solely on donations from volunteers and other donors to fund their meals.

Feed My Starving Children

Thank you to all who joined us for our Feed My Starving Children Packing Sessions and to all who donated. We were able to be a part of feeding 128kids for a year! During the 3 packing sessions we participated in on August 28th, we were a part of packing a total of 218 boxes - that's 47,088 meals! Wow!

We raised a total of $2,438.00 for FMSC. Our donations will provide 28 kids with a meal every day for a year!

As well, we were able to collect six grocery bags of canned and boxed food to donate to the local food pantry through HCS Family Services.

We are so grateful for the ways our community comes together to feed kids in Burr Ridge and kids across the globe.

We will be doing a BRCC Packing Session once a quarter, so keep an eye out for our next packing opportunity!

Pakastani Village Christmas Outreach

In December 2021 Burr Ridge Community Church was able to help a small Pakastani Village with food and clothing. The villager's only income is by making bricks for sale. It is a grueling occupation that all are involved in from the very young to the elderly.
